CREST is grounded in partnership and practicality. As members of the
Department of Systems and Computer Science at Howard University, our dedicated
group of researchers and students performs work that focuses on empirical
evaluation of software engineering tools, techniques and resources. Involved in our
projects are industry and government
sponsors, partners and coordinating organizations, and
academic affiliates at other international centers for empirical
software engineering. We disseminate our progress and results in several ways: our biannual
newsletter, technical reports, book and journal
publications, and a seminar series
here at Howard. Of course, we welcome your feedback, from descriptions of problems you
would like us to address to comments on our on-going or past efforts.
