Partnership, Sponsorship and Coordination
The Center for Research in Evaluating Software Technology works with industry and government in many
different ways.
- As a CREST Sponsor:
By donating $10,000 a year to CREST, a Sponsor receives announcements of all CREST seminars and workshops,
and a copy of all CREST technical reports.
- As a CREST Partner:
By donating at least $50,000 a year to CREST, a Partner receives all the benefits of a Sponsor. In addition,
the Partner works with CREST researchers to perform experiments, surveys and case studies on issues that are
critical to the Partner's business needs. CREST researchers will perform data collection and analysis, and work
with the Partner to determine which techniques and tools are most effective.
- As a CREST Coordinating Organization:
Industrial and governmental organizations can suggest a variety of ways for us to coordinate and affiliate:
for example, funding specific projects, donating tools and methodological materials, or coordinating
research efforts among several centers and organizations.
