Web Page Hyperlink Parser

Create an C# application that:

  1. Accepts a web URL as input.
  2. Parses the URL and places all embedded hyperlinks in a list object.
  3. Launches a browser window when a URL in the list object is selected.
  4. Emits a sound when buttons are depressed.
The application should contain a button for launching the parsing operation on the user supplied URL. It should also contain a help button.  A browser window should be launched from the list object by either highlighting a URL and depressing a button or double clicking on a URL.
