Dr. John J. Kaplan

John is a Major in the USAF, and has the following degrees:

BS in electrical engineering from Virginia Military Institute,
MS in electrical engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
Master thesis: Minimization and Realization of an Incompletely Specified Sequential Machine.
MBA from Marymount University,
Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico.
Dissertation: Speed-Independent Asynchronous Sequential Circuit Design.

This Dr. Kaplan is a transfer law student (nights) from Oklahoma City University School of Law to
George Mason University School of Law. He is a registered Patent Agent and hopes to work in Patent Law after his USAF retirement.
