Decimal to Binary Number Conversion

This applet shows the binary representation ofa decimal integer. Negative numbers are represented in binary using the two's complement format. The number can be entered into the input box, or incremented/decremented by using the arrows of the scroll bar on the right.

The output number is limited to 16 binary bits.
