Mansy Pullen has been lulling you to sleep since 1981, with the Quiet Storm at WHUR. Fortunately, working all night does not have him sleeping all day. Some of his favorite day activities are shooting hoops and pumping that body up! This Burgen, North Carolina native prefers to listen to R&B, jazz, gospel or songs by his favorite artist, the late Phyllis Hyman.

If he wasn't doing radio, Pullen would be a Telecommunications Specialist. Pullen identifies his most embarrassing moment in radio as the time he almost cancelled Howard's (his alma mater) graduation. How? By making an announcement that it was cancelled of course!
