Jeff Brown's list of favorite music reads like WHUR's format: Jazz, R&B; and Gospel. "Someday We'll Be Free" by his favorite artist, Donny Hathaway, is his favorite song. Brown is very athletic; his hobbies are running, playing tennis and shooting hoops - but he also likes to watch airplanes take off. Brown says his most embarrassing radio moment was when he was interviewing Quincy Jones and Tamia. The listening audience couldn't hear the entertainers because Jeff didn't turn their mics on! If he wasn't in radio, Jeff says he would be a school teacher or a basketball coach.
