Multiple Function File Streams
Due: 11/26/03 at 1:00 pm
Write a C# console application that
reads data from user supplied files and provides the following capabilities:
- Calculates the arithmetic mean and standard
deviation user input numbers (max 100).
- Calculates the number of vowels contained
in user entered alphanumeric characters (max 100).
- Sorts
(forward & reverse) user supplied alphanumeric characters (max 100).
General Program requirements:
- Prompts user for each input file.
- C# source for each processing function
is stored in a separate file.
- Upon function completion users are prompted
to repeat process or exit.
- Errant input should be enunciated using
exceptions.
- C# source has prolog and is well commented.
- All C# source code are stored in a single
zip file for submission.
The program source should be in a file named
"Lastname"7.zip. (i.e. Peter7.zip)
The completed assignment should be sent to
[email protected]
Example Execution:
Please enter file name containing
data for arithmetic mean and standard deviation:>
mean.txt
Please enter file name containing
data for vowel identification:>
vowels.txt
Please enter file name containing
data for character sorting
:> sorting.txt
