Create a Visual Cafe 4.5 JFC application that provides the following capabilities:
 

1. Computes the Cartesian distance between two points (assignment #1).
2. Calculates the arithmetic mean and standard deviation for up to 10 user input numbers. (Assignment #2)
3. Calculates the number of vowels in user entered string up to 30 characters. (#2)
4. U.S. / Metric unit converter  
   
   • Feet to meters.
   • Fahreheit to Celsius.
   • Fluid ounces to liters.
   • Pounds to kilograms.
   • Vice Versa (i.e. meters to feet).
   • Converter should have a textfield for data entry and another for converted results.   It should allow selecting the conversion type and display the results in another textfield.
   • Button that clears the current value in all textfields.
