Research Topics
Sensitivity Analysis- basic research and applications to mechanics of composite materials, structural optimization, and structural dynamics; Development of new variational principles; Biomechanics.

Summary of Recent Research
Recent work has focused on obtaining approximate closed form solutions to linear and non-linear equations by applying sensitivity analysis. Particular attention has been paid to certain specific classes of linear and nonlinear eigenvalue problems.
