There are many urban computer users in the market right now who are always scrambling for important contact information, key dates, and other valuable information that is stored in many different places, instead of having the entire information one place. They really do not understand the value of being organized. The Hip-Hop Organizer is a user-friendly organizer that helps the user get organized by having information like phone numbers, and addresses and key dates all in a central location, the users personal computer. The key feature that sets the Hip Hop Organizer apart from others in the market is the component that allows the user to be able to listen to their favorite music, such as Hip-Hop, Reggae, and R&B while using the Organizer.
The Hip Hop Organizer consists of the following components:
 Calendar
 Clock
 Note Pad
The address book is a
convenient way to keep in contact with the important people in ones life. It stores the home and business information of
each contact, which conveniently keeps the user professional and organized.
The calendar is a means by
which the use the user can effectively keep track of time.
This function helps keep the user abreast of all the important events in their
life, so they never miss an appointment or are late for an important meeting.
This application is very convenient
and entertaining. Therefore the user needs a clock
in order to manage time. It is easy to get
carried away using this product so time must be monitored.
The birthday picker is an
interesting innovation. This component of the
Hip Hop Organizer tracks the complete age of a person given their birth date. It gives the user’s age in years, days, dog
years, etc.
Throughout the course of the day
there always arises a need for some type of computation (paying bills, taxes, etc.). The calculator attached to the Hip Hop
Organizer accommodates the execution of the basic arithmetic computations (+, -, *, /)
that the average user would need to perform to assist in their daily tasks.
The Hip Hop Organizer also comes
equipped with a notepad. The notepad
can serve not only as a palette on which to record ones thoughts, but can also be used as
a mini word processor to compose notes or memos.
The media player utilizes the
multimedia devices on the user’s personal computer.
This component is for entertainment purposes.
It allows the user to listen to sound files found on the user’s personal
computer or listen to compact discs (if a cd rom drive is available).
The live music selector is the
component that allows the user to listen to online radio stations or view video clips from
their personal computer. This component
encapsulates the television, radio, and organizer into one entity. This component also links to a webpage that
offers the user more musical selections. This
component saves time, energy (only one appliance being used but functions as three), and
is very convenient.
