WHUR Web Page Upgrade (Shurn)
Objective: Assess and upgrade the world wide web site for the Howard University
Radio Station, WHUR. The existing web site "WHUR.com" should be thoroughly evaluated
for its effectiveness in providing a premiere gateway for African Americans
to enter cyberspace. The assessment should include:
- user friendliness
- advertising placement
- content value
Once a written assessment is completed
the site should be modified to include all features that will enable
WHUR.com to become the most compelling radio station web site and ensure high
daily traffic.
