CALL FOR PAPERS AND CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT
The theme of the conference is "ENGINEERING EDUCATION WITHOUT BOUNDARIES", focusing on topics related to education in engineering, architecture and computer sciences. Topics will include, but are not limited to the following:

Innovations in Undergraduate Education in Engineering, Architecture and Computer Sciences.

Hands-On Design Oriented Education Across Disciplines.

Integration of Ethics into the Curriculum.

Issues Facing Females and Minorities in Engineering.

The Role of the Faculty in Personal Career Guidance for each Student.

Introducing Entrepreurship in Education.

Academic/Industry Partnerships.

Challenges Facing Educational Programs.

Assessment and Accreditation of Education Programs.

Creating Opportunities for Leadership Training and Development.

Distance Learning

The organize committee is soliciting technical papers for presentation at the conference on the topics listed above. Submissions are welcome from all engineering disciplines.

Deadline for Submission of Paper Summaries: July 20, 1998.

Prospective authors are invited to submit three (3) copies of 200-400 words summary. In the summary please indicate the author to whom correspondence should be addressed, title of the paper, name(s) of author(s), affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Please send 3 copies of the summary to the conference chair:

Notification of Acceptance: August 10, 1998.

Deadline for Submission of Final Manuscripts: October 6, 1998.
