Journey to the West
is a Classical Chinese Myth. It speaks to morality, spiritual growth, while providing entertainment. It's story is told through
the adventures of a mystically born Monkey who becomes King of a fairy-tale land
who seeks to gain immortality.
Come join our group through all the exciting adventures and learn as we learn!
This assignment is part of the Digital Media and Multimedia Class
at Howard University.
THE CHALLENGE:
This assignment presents a great challenge to all those involved...Why? Because
we are attempting to ANIMATE this story using ALIAS WAVEFRONT / POWER ANIMATOR.
We have a dynamic mixture of students from the
School of Fine Arts as well as the
School of Engineering. Our goal is to enter our animation into the SIGRAPH'S 97 Animation
Contest. WISH US LUCK!!!
